Marianne attended Oklahoma State University, where she received a B.A. in Marketing & International Business with a minor in Japanese. Marianne was an IT Project Manager for Williams and has worked for the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce in the Economic Development Division. She served in an executive role for LPG Central and has extensive experience in the technical staffing industry in Tulsa. Since forming Jobing Confidential, she continually draws on this experience to personally oversee the firm's human resources, compensation consults and executive recruitment practices. Marianne has several regular speaking engagements in the Tulsa area.

Holly Klingaman - Recruiting Professional

Originally from Savannah, GA, Holly moved to the Tulsa area to attend the University of Tulsa where she is majoring in Human Resources. Holly is very active in the Tulsa chapter of SHRM and has provided key insights to the JoCo Team in the areas of Employment Law and Negotiation. Holly also serves in a Marketing role and is the driving force behind many marketing initiatives at JoCo.

Spencer attended the University of Tulsa where he received a double major in International Business and Spanish. Spencer worked for the Tulsa-based manufacturer, FW Murphy where he gained a background in Human Resources and Recruiting. David McMillon - Operations Assistant

Originally from Northwest Arkansas, David is a graduate of the University of Tulsa in Political Science. Currently he is finishing up his Master's in Business Administration from The University of Tulsa. David is active on campus in the RUF campus ministry and in his church, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, in Tulsa.
